How should I schedule the consummation of MuscleMax?
Men are recommended to take up to 4 capsules of MuscleMax at least 4 hours after the last meal and from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime while women are recommended to take up to 3 capsules at least 4 hours after the last meal and from 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
